RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return period

House of Morelli offers a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and security devices attached, and returned in its original packaging. You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

1. Return procedure

Before returning any product, contact our customer service team at houseofmorelli.contact@gmail.com.

If your request is accepted, we will provide the applicable return instructions and, where appropriate, a return shipping label. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right.

1. Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, the customer bears the direct cost of returning it.

If House of Morelli provides a prepaid return label for convenience, its cost will be disclosed before the return is confirmed and may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

House of Morelli will bear reasonable return costs when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming.

1. Right of withdrawal within the European Union and

Consumers residing in the European Union or European Economic Area have the statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to houseofmorelli.contact@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.

After notifying House of Morelli, the consumer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after communicating the withdrawal decision.

The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

1. Sale items and exclusions

Eligible sale items benefit from the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items.

Returns may be refused only where a lawful exception applies, including personalized products or sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after their seal has been removed.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact customer service. Depending on availability, House of Morelli may offer a replacement product, store credit or a refund followed by a new order.

No replacement is guaranteed until the relevant product has been reserved or dispatched.

1. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact houseofmorelli.contact@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. House of Morelli will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

1. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, House of Morelli will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For a valid European statutory withdrawal, House of Morelli will reimburse the payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option where a delivery charge was paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of the withdrawal.

House of Morelli may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or the consumer provides evidence that it has been sent, whichever occurs first.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refunded amount.
